You’ve asked for it; now here it is! Join Chef Olga Sorzano of Baba’s Brew as she will explain the history, benefits and science of fermentation and then lead participants through the step-by-step process of preparing, shredding, mixing, packing raw, probiotic sauerkraut. You’ll leave the class with your first batch ready to ferment at home and the knowledge to continue making healthy and delicious fermented foods. The participants will go home with their own jars of sauerkraut ready to ferment at home. All the ingredients including organic cabbage, Celtic sea salt, 1 qt glass jar and instructions are includes.
