Experience this unique and effective self care practice, led by local certified practitioner, Emily Gable. We will spend the first part of class working on the foundation of our body, the feet. From there we will move up to the legs, spine and torso to create length, space, and increase body awareness.
This practice is for anyone and everyone! From young to old, active to sedentary. Using a set of specially designed inflated balls, we use our body weight (gravity) and our breath to tune in to our body, release tension, and allow our natural alignment to find its place.
