Borscht is one of the most beloved soups of the Eastern Europeans and rightly so! Made with rich bone broth, this brilliantly bright red, hearty soup will warm you to your core.

And nothing pairs better with borscht than pelmeni. We’ll explore this traditional Siberian dumpling and discover why so many cultures share a love for these tiny stuffed morsels of dough. The pelmeni we’ll be making are filled with a blend of ground pork and beef and served with a generous dollop of butter and/or sour cream. This hearty pairing will keep you full and warm during those long winter nights.
