Join Alicia Uhl from ThePlantie.com in our kitchen as we learn how to make naturally fermented pear chutney, a perfect addition to your table this holiday season!

Each student will have a hand in creating their own mini jar of pear chutney to ferment at home. Once we are done making the chutney, we will enjoy this delicious fermented treat atop crostini with cashew cheese and roasted sweet potatoes.  Pair with your favorite Baba’s Bucha on tap!
