Get your hands dirty in another hands-on workshop making lacto-fermented kimchi. Please join us as we continue expanding our skills and diving in the world of fermentation and moving into the wonderful array of Korean Kimchi. This staple is as spicy as you like and can be made with unlimited variations.
Enjoy more learning, lovely company, a glass of kombucha and sampling more cultured foods that I am currently fermenting in my little kitchen while learning more useful skills to bring you to the greater greater gut health
All ingredients will be provided and you will get a jar filled with organic probiotic-rich, flavorful and spicy (if you want) kimchi to come home with you ready to ferment.
