Grounded Aerial® Bungee instructors are world-renowned performers and teachers. (credits include Cirque Du Soleil and Broadway) Our high-energy program incorporates mindful movements into a full-body workout that is fun for both KIDS and ADULTS. Themes of spacial awareness, strengthening, focus, and total FUN are woven into each high cardio class.
