Learn the 7 main wraps and foundational poses for aerial fitness. This class is a stretching style of exercise, emphasizing safety alignments for beginners. Join us to decompress, destress and stretch out. At least 1 to 3 classes are recommended before attending the mixed level class. Pre-registration required.
