Improving your knife skills is the number one way to improve your overall kitchen efficiency and it can also make you fall in love with the whole cooking process!

This class will teach you about various types of knives and cutting boards, anatomy of the knife, sharpening and honing, proper storage, proper care to ensure maximum life of the knife, and shopping for the perfect knife. You will then practice different cutting techniques. And as an added bonus, we will make a delicious meal with all of our freshly chopped ingredients!

We will supply all of the knives, but you are welcome to bring a knife from home if you would like to learn how to sharpen your specific knife.
