What’s more fun than learning how to make your own colorful poke bowl? During this class, you will learn how to master the art of building layers of flavor and balancing textures to create a picture-perfect bowl. After learning how to make authentic Japanese sushi rice, we will carefully construct our own poke bowls using sashimi-grade tuna and salmon, a quick-pickled cucumber salad, spicy Sriracha mayonnaise, and we will top it all off with a homemade poke sauce.
