This class is for the health-, cost-, and environmentally-conscious home cook. With rising grocery costs, it is more important than ever to get the most bang for your buck. In this class, you will learn how to break down a chicken and use all of its components to make three different, nutritious, and delicious meals for two people. We’ll make Chicken Piccata with the breasts, Chicken Tagine with the legs and thighs, and round things out by making hearty chicken stock with the bones and any leftover parts which we will turn into Wild Rice Chicken Soup.
